About the novel – it’s not as ‘gawd-awful’ as I made it out to be, but it’s no where near ready enough to be shopped around for an agent. Let’s see if I can get it to the next stage and beat some some pretty steep odds

Back in 1993 I set out to write the mystery novel that I had been carrying in my head for years and that was screaming to get out. I wrote three chapters and a prologue. I think they kick butt; problem is I never wrote a fourth chapter. I have a great deal of admiration for anyone who actually worked through the angst and pain of the literary birthing process and got it done–congratulations!

That is a good way of looking at a new year, I like it much better than resolutions. I’ll have to think over what my lessons-into-actions will be.
