Cop For a Day – The Roanoke Cop

I read The Roanoke Cop‘s blog last night and he has posted a dandy.  So, without futher ado, what it is like to be a police officer for a day.

    That was great. I would love to see the VPD do something like that or at least offer some of the biggest critics a ride-along (if your allowed to do that) to see what it’s really like to be an Officer. I know I could never do the job you do.

    Had the pleasure of seeing this before at a Citizens Academy.
    Especially loved the ‘can you fix my bike’ part.
    It seems the uniform makes some people think police officers can (and should) do everything.
    Must get very,very tiring some days.
